Jay was amazing! When I arrived, I saw him doing a deep and meticulous cleaning of his station. He told me it would be a couple of minutes and asked w...hat I wanted (a bald and beard trim). Throughout the cut, he asked me how I was feeling and took his time with the cut, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The cut itself is amazing! He is truly an architect of his craft.
