If there's anything I can help you with just let me know Out of all my years of waxing....you are the first client to leave a 2 star rating. Thank you for supporting Brazilian wax and Body studio. 👑💕🌹 You texted me inquiring an appointment on 4/27/24 because the BOOKSY app wouldn't let you book another appointment because you were blocked. I didn't know who you were as we were talking. When you called your sister 's name. I was trying to relate . I been waxing your sister for about 7 yrs with no problems. But at the end of the service on 4/27/24. I was concerned about why my app wouldn't let you book. As we were talking, I was trying to pull up your name on my customer 's list. You give me a name that wasn't in the customer 's list and than you give me the corrected name and it came up..and I asked you why did you leave a 2 rating You said that you were going to remove the 2 rating, that it must pocket dial and you also said that your kids was playing with your phone. She said I love my wax and I feel bad Ms Hattie.You said that it was an accident that you were going to get your sister to help you remove it. I see that it's still there.
