Rick was extremely unprofessional. He kept probing and made the haircut really uncomfortable. I politely told him I would rather just not have a dialo...gue. Then he proceeded to try and have conversations that were unnecessary. He said he had been cutting for a while but couldn’t line up my mustache correctly. He also didn’t trim it down like I asked. He also asked if I wanted product in my hair and I said yes. He doesn’t end up putting any. Show more

Out of town, and shop has been temporarily closed. This guy didn’t care that I’ve been dealing with a family emergency. Even tried to help him find another barber.
