Absolutely horrible will never be going back, didn’t cut my cuticles, actually encapsulated them. i told the tech i wanted stiletto, and instead of te...lling me she doesn’t know how to do it, she filed them into a disgusting round shape without cutting the tips. she completely destroyed my natural nail with her filing and tore the skin around my nails. my friend also had her cuticles encapsulated and her skin similarly torn up. the acrylic application was watery, messy, and lumpy. i told her multiple times i was not satisfied with the shape and she ignored my requests to fix the shape or ask another tech to do it. i’ve never had a worse experience at a nail salon in my life. the girl who did my friend’s nails was doing her and another girl at the same time. we made appointments, we showed up early, we even had a pedicure booked that we did not stay for after we saw how horrible our nails looked. completely unprofessional and rude establishment. do not go here!!!! these people are scammers!!! Horrible. Got a dipping\manicure service on a Thursday and my nails chipped and began coming off by Saturday. I informed the person in order to get my... nails fixed. I was told I can come in to have my nails taken off and re-done for a discount price. The nail technician refused to acknowledge the mistake was made on her end and insisted I pay, again, for a service that was poorly given. 👎👎 Show more

Booked appt and received a confirmation email from Ana. Arrived to salon and Ana was not there. Waited like 20 mins for another tech to be done with a...nother client. The tech Yanet was AWESOME! She got me in and out within the appt time frame that I had booked. I arrived at 1115 n was out within the hour. Nails are great! Show more
