I’m so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience. Please understand the amount of time it took to detangle all of your hair since it was matted also you specifically asked me after your haircut was complete to go higher and only let me go higher on one side. I hope you choose to return in the future so we are able to have a better experience thank you for booking.
