You attributed your behavior to being “amped” from the gym, but professionalism and courtesy are always expected. Although you booked a dry pedicure—not a full one—you requested a cancellation. I accommodated this as a courtesy, and you expressed relief at avoiding a fee, implying it was intentional. Upon examining your nails, I noted significant lifting due to delaying your fill beyond four weeks. The soak-off took extra time and revealed a split nail. Despite this, I did not charge for the soak-off, rebalance, or reshaping—services not commonly waived. Given their condition, a full set was ideal, but you opted for a fill, which required additional time. A photo of the nail that reportedly detached would have been helpful. My work is known for strong retention, as reflected in consistent positive feedback. **Complimentary services provided:** - Waived cancellation fee - Soak-off (extra time) - Nail rebalance (extra time) These services, valued at $40, were completed with professionalism and care. I take great pride in delivering exceptional quality.
